As a digital bank, we had to redefined business banking from onboarding to account closure. This meant simplifying complex tasks like verifying businesses, adding self-service features like chatbots, and offering smart financial solutions such as fixed deposits and loan management — all while removing physical interactions and keeping the experience human-centered.
Essentials a touch away
In today’s fast-paced business world, the mobile app of the digital bank has to be a perfect companion for business owners. We made sure that essential tools are right at business owners' fingertips—whether managing transactions, logging in securely, or staying informed on account safety.
Enabling
Financial Inclusion
The ANEXT Programme for Industry Specialists helps partners offer financial services without being a bank. Using our API repository, businesses can access flexible financing options like fixed deposits and loans when needed. Shopmatic and World First are some of the partners that I had the chance to work with to integrate these solutions into their platforms.
Establishing research & frameworks
Another key aspect of my work was establishing UX research for the bank, including in-person and remote usability tests. I created cost-effective prototypes for remote testing, generated actionable insights, and set up a research repository with standardised templates. I also developed a framework for managing customer feedback across teams.
Branding
& Design
I designed brand elements, festive animations, and greetings for LinkedIn and WhatsApp. I also created assets for the Singapore Fintech Festival, social ads, Facebook banners, EDM, and event themes. Additionally, I art-directed and adapted ads under tight deadlines, gaining experience in both internal and external branding.
